Returns are accepted (excluding earrings) within 14 days of receiving your order. Includes bank holidays and weekends. Items which are not returned in saleable condition will be rejected. 

Important information:

  • Earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons. 
  • We do not accept returns that have been worn or used.
  • We do not accept returns on handbags once you have removed the tag. 
  • No refunds or replacements can be given on products which have been damaged by negligence, carelessness or misuse.
  • We are not liable for any damage caused (e.g. wear and tear) once an item has been used. 

Return Postage: 
We do not cover the costs of return postage and original delivery costs are non-refundable. It is strongly advised to send the return via tracked delivery and proof of postage must be obtained.

Faulty Items:
If you have received a faulty product, please attach photos of the fault via email within 48 hours of receipt -
