Returns are accepted (excluding earrings) within 14 days of receiving your order. Includes bank holidays and weekends. Items which are not returned in saleable condition will be rejected.
- Earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons.
- We do not accept returns that have been worn or used.
- We do not accept returns on handbags once you have removed the tag.
- No refunds or replacements can be given on products which have been damaged by negligence, carelessness or misuse.
- We are not liable for any damage caused (e.g. wear and tear) once an item has been used.
We do not cover the costs of return postage and original delivery costs are non-refundable. It is strongly advised to send the return via tracked delivery and proof of postage must be obtained.
If you have received a faulty product, please attach photos of the fault via email within 48 hours of receipt - email@example.com
